    You filled me in on park visits. We did buy a 7 day pass for the parks. We are staying at the Coronado Springs, and it is our first visit to Disney. Any suggestions for dining? My kids love the characters, have the dining plan, and like good food.

    Kimberly,

    Thanks for the follow-up question! So let's talk dining. The most fun part of the planning!

    Based on your planned itinerary, this is what I recommend;

    June 8 - Arrival Day (D: Chef Mickey's)
    June 9 - Magic Kingdom (L: Pecos Bills /  D: Crystal Palace)
    June 10 - Epcot (L: Tangierine Cafe / D: Via Napoli)
    June 11 - Hollywood Studios (B: Hollywood & Vine / L: Sunset Boulevard stands / D: 50s Prime Time Cafe)
    June 12 - Animal Kingdom (B: Tusker House / D: Hoop Dee Doo Review)
    June 13 -Magic Kingdom (L: Columbia Harbor House / D: Whispering Canyon Cafe)
    June 14 - Magic Kingdom (L: Columbia Harbor House)

    A few notes;
    • This plan spends 9 table service meals. If you are on the standard dining plan, that would put you over on credits, so I would suggest paying for Hoop Dee Doo Review and Via Napoli out-of-pocket.
    • This plan spends 5 counter service meals. Use the other credit on a breakfast.
    • On your last day don't take up time at a table service meal. I just have you eating at a quick service for lunch so that there is more time for rides!
    • Finally, realize that you should still budget some money for other dining. You have two meals planned for most days, but often you will see breakfast not included. So plan what else you think you will need to have.
    So write me back with any follow-up questions, of if you want to work a princess dining experience into this plan. Also, if you are on the standard plan and want to re-work this so that you are not so over on the table service credits, let me know!

    Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
