How can I fill out a survey for a recent stay at Disneyworld?

Howdy, Jesse, and welcome back to planDisney! It sounds like you recently visited Walt Disney World Resort, and I hope it was everything you dreamed it would be. I know the Guest Relations team loves to hear feedback, so let's look at some ways to pass on what went magically, or maybe not-so-magically, during your vacation.

First, I suggest keeping an eye on the email associated with your My Disney Experience account. I typically receive an email from Disney Destinations with a survey link a few days after my trip. These take a few minutes to complete, and there's often room to type additional information. I feel like these questionnaires are invaluable to the team, so I always try to complete them.

Another way to highlight an exceptional Cast Member is to submit a Cast Compliment on your mobile app. You can do this while you're in the parks or after you get home. Scroll near the bottom of the Welcome screen and select "Cast Compliments." You'll specify the place, date, name, and type of interaction you had. My pals who have worked in the parks say these compliments are a fantastic way to recognize folks who go above and beyond.

Finally, you can head to the Help Center page online and select the "Email" option on the right. You'll fill in some basic information on a form, and then you'll have up to 2000 characters to explain your situation. I've used this method before and heard back from Guest Services within a week or two. You can also call the "Help with Past Visits" line to relay how your trip went.

I'm not sure how long ago you visited, but I want to let you know about the Return to the Magic offer. Within 7 days of checking out of a Disney Resort Hotel, guests can book a future stay at a substantial discount. I used this "bounceback" deal to book a birthday stay at Disney's Riviera Resort this fall! This will be my first time at that resort, and I love that I can hop aboard the Disney Skyliner to get to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Happy birthday to me, right?!

Jesse, I hope I've given you some options for relaying feedback about your recent visit. I hope you book another trip soon, and remember that planDisney is here for all your planning questions.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
