Hi, we are fifteen days away from our first visit to Disney. We are so excited! The only problem is I have no idea what kind of clothes to pack, any ideas? We are from New York and traveling with two daughters(3 and 9). Thanks!

Hi, Douglas!  It's tough to pack for this time of year at Walt Disney World!  I leave in four days, and have clothing all over the house waiting to decide what I need to actually put into the suitcases.

My best advice for this time of year is layers.  The mornings and the evenings are still going to be cool to downright cold - although not cold like you're seeing in New York.  Expect to wake up to temperatures in the upper 40s, so if you head out early in the morning, you're going to need pants and a jacket.  Afternoon highs this time of year are usually in the low 70s, so it may be warm enough for shorts, but I try to bring lighter weight long pants or even sweats to throw on over my kids' shorts as the day moves into the cooler evening.

I always have a sweatshirt for each kid with me, and they usually spend the morning wearing them, the afternoon tying them around their waists, and the evening wearing them.  Still bring your sunscreen, though, because even if it's cool, the sun is still going to do a little damage to delicate noses!
