Hi Nicole!
Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials! And what better place to honeymoon than at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
Having experienced the "spring break" phenomenon at Walt Disney World last year, I can say with certainty that your July honeymoon will NOT be a similar experience. Yes, crowd levels are higher during the summer than at non peak times, but they will pale in comparison to the spring break crowd. You will have long wait times for attractions, but this can be circumvented by having a "touring" plan in hand. Also, you can save yourself great stress by making sure that you've completed your dining reservations beforehand. Familiarize yourself with the
Walt Disney World website, which lists park hours with Extra Magic Hours as well. In that way, you can plan which parks to visit and maximize your time.
Another great tool is the crowd calendar at the independent website Undercovertourist.com. It will give you an accurate idea of which parks are crowded on what days, and you can plan accordingly.
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
