Hi! My fiance and I are planning coming to WDW for our honeymoon in June. This will be my second time visiting and his first. I see that BBQ ribs are offered at quite a few places, can you tell me if there are any restaurants that serve beef ribs?

    Orinda,

So you are right, that most of the BBQ ribs at Walt Disney World are pork ribs.

There can, on rare occasions, be BBQ beef ribs on a buffet. But I have not seen any in a long time.

There are, however, two beef short rib dishes that I do know of. They are neither served in the traditional BBQ fashion you might be envisioning, but they are both quite delicious.

The first is at Sanaa. It is part of a sampler entree, and is quite flavorful.

Even higher end than that is the braised beef short ribs entree at Jiko. It is one of their better known entrees. Also very tasty.

    I hope that this helps?

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
