My fiance and I are honeymooning Nov 7th- 14th. I'm wondering if the Very Merry Christmas Party is more geared towards children or would two adults be okay? Also, has anyone been in early-mid Nov? Is it cold or crowded? Much thanks.

    Hi Catherine,

Congratulations on honeymooning at the same destination my husband and I did almost 16 years ago.

I have been at the Walt Disney World Resorts during the same week you are touring and love the weather. Most days you can wear shorts and short sleeves as temperatures can still be in the 80's but no humidity is a wonderful thing! I would recommend a light jacket or sweatshirt for the evening and check on-line for the temperature before you leave.

As for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party, it is for the children and the children at heart! There are many magical surprises including cookies and hot chocolate.  I really do not want to spoil the surprises!

I have attended this party with and without my children and loved it both times. It is wonderful to see the Magic Kingdom decorated and have extra access to the park.

As for the crowds, they should be lighter as people will be heading down the following week for Thanksgiving!

    Have a magical honeymoon!
