There are sometimes cash rooms available for Disney Vacation Club Members at a discount. These rooms are limited, and the discount varies. The only way to inquire about availability and pricing would be to contact Disney Vacation Club Member Services. Since you are coming from the United Kingdom, a long distance phone call is probably not the best option, but I have a few alternate options for you. First, sign in to the
DVC Member Website. In the upper right choose Help & Contact. When the page opens, on the right side of the page you’ll see icons of a phone and letter, click above that where it says Contact Us. This should take you to a page where you can email Member Services with your question. Also, on the right hand side of the page, where sit says Call Us, if you scroll down you will find a special toll free number for residents of the United Kingdom.
