There are a few restaurants I'm not seeing listed on the meal plan, like the Crystal Palace. Does this mean they aren't included?

The Crystal Palace actually is on the meal plan. On the Dining Plan brochure, it's listed under the Magic Kingdom as "A Buffet with Character at the Crystal Palace." I can definitely see where you would find this confusing. I knew that the Crystal Palace was on the plan but it took me several minutes to figure this out too.

So, the answer to your question is yes, if a restaurant is not listed on the Dining Plan brochure it generally does mean that it is not on the Dining Plan. However, you should triple check the brochure when you're trying to determine if something is on the plan. For example, another potentially confusing restaurant is Epcot's Garden Grill, which is listed as "Chip 'N' Dale's Harvest Feast at the Garden Grill."

On very rare occasion, a restaurant that is not on the plan may be added, and vice versa. If you have a question about the status of any specific dining location, please feel free to call Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE.
