Hello, Charles, and welcome to planDisney! Purchasing Theme Park Tickets for a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation is a reason to celebrate! Let's take a moment to savor the fact that YOU'RE GOING TO WALT DISNEY WORLD! Okay, now that we have that out of the way, let's make sure your tickets are linked and ready to use.
First, make sure you have the
My Disney Experience Mobile App downloaded on your phone. You'll need to use the app when you're at the parks, so it's a good idea to set it up and become familiar with it prior to your trip. You'll log in using the same information you used when you purchased your tickets online.
Next, open the app and click the three lines at the bottom right. Click the Tickets and Passes tile, and if your Theme Park Tickets are already linked to your account, they will show up along the top with a barcode beneath each ticket you are managing for
Family & Friends. If there are no tickets there, yet, then click the blue "+" button at the top right. Next, you'll click Link Tickets and Passes. From there, you'll have the option to enter the ticket ID from your online order or from the back of a ticket card, if you have one. There's also an option to scan the ticket code if that's easier.
Charles, once your tickets are linked, be sure you've made
Theme Park Reservations for all four members of your party. You'll need to choose a park for each day you plan to visit. My very favorite theme park is
Magic Kingdom Park. Every time Cinderella Castle comes into view, it feels like the first time. That's pure magic!
Let me know if you have any additional questions while you're planning your upcoming trip, Charles. I'd be happy to help you choose a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel for your party, and talking about
dining options is my favorite pastime.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
