We only have a few hours to go to Downtown Disney. What are the must see stores for kids???

A Downtown Disney shopping spree for the kids! Here are some highlights:

    - Lego Imagination Center. There are irresistible giant Lego sculptures all around the store. (My kids love posing for photos with the Lego dogs.) There is also an interactive play area stocked with many Legos that kids can build with there.

    - Once Upon a Toy. Picture a toy store, only BIGGER. There is Disney merchandise, but also many different toy brands and themes. Usually there are interactive areas and cool toy displays.

    - The World of Disney. The most gigantic Disney merchandise store in the World. There are special areas for videos, pin collecting, clothing, food, etc. The Downtown Disney location of the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is here. Any princesses in your group will want to check this out. Reservations can be made at 407-WDW-STYLE.

And for me (and the kids) no trip to Downtown Disney would be complete without a stop at Goofy's Candy Company. The last time I was there (late 2007) they had a "make your own treat" station. You could have pretzels, apples, marshmallows, or cookies dipped into melted white, milk, dark chocolate or caramel, and topped with sprinkles, nuts, cookie crumbles, M&Ms, or other yummies. It even smells amazing in there!
