    Hello! There are a few goodies that weren’t available on our trip. Often the Disney site says items are unavailable. Is Disney connected to any of the personal shoppers for Disney I’m seeing online??

    Hi Stacy! It’s so nice to see you again here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for sending me your question about the all-important vacation souvenirs we love to bring home after our magical Walt Disney World Resort vacations!

    I try a few places when I’m looking for theme park merchandise. The Shop Disney Parks online store and the Shop Disney Parks App, has lots of variety and I sometimes find theme park merchandise online at The Disney Store. There are certain items that become quite popular and I’ve had to check the sites a few times before I’m able to order the items I'm looking for.

    Right now, Disney is not connected to the personal shoppers online. However, I’ve always found that friends and relatives who are taking a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort are a great resource when it comes to snagging those specific gifts. They can search different stores at the theme parks to find the items you’re looking for when they are not found online. 

    In the meantime, we can all daydream about our next visit to the happiest place on earth!
