Fest then Fantasmic. It doesn't have dinner on the date we are looking at but has breakfast. So we can book for breakfast and still get the VIP seating in the evening?

Hi Jodie!  Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

With a Fantasmic! Dining Package, Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at select Disney's Hollywood Studios restaurants with access to a reserved viewing area for Fantasmic! in the evening.  Guests pick up vouchers for the VIP viewing area at the time of their meal.  Seating in the reserved section is on a first come, first served basis.

So, yes!  You may select breakfast at Hollywood & Vine for your Fantasmic! Dining Package and view the show later that evening.  Please note, you must specifically reserve the Fantasmic! Dining Package.  A standard breakfast reservation at Hollywood & Vine will not include seating vouchers for Fantasmic!.

I hope that helps!  Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Enjoy your vacation!
