Hi fellow Amanda from NC! I'm debating a Fantasmic dining pkg, Will just be me &DD4. Which of the rest. are is the most kid friendly? Or if I decide against the pkg, what rest in DHS would a 4yo girl like most (that I will like too, hopefully)? Thank

Hi my fellow Amanda and fellow Tarheel! What a fun time you and your little daughter are going to have at Hollywood Studios!

All three of the restaurants that participate in the Fantasmic Dining Package have kid-friendly foods, so you can't go wrong with any of them. My own family loves pizza and Italian food, so we prefer Mama Melrose's. (Click here to see the children's menu.) If you and your daughter want more variety, the Hollywood & Vine buffet gives you lots of options.  The Hollywood Brown Derby is the most upscale restaurant at Hollywood Studios, but, as with almost all Disney restaurants, children are welcomed. (You can see the kids' menu here.)

If you opt not to reserve the Fantasmic package, or like me on my upcoming trip, you're unable to find a reservation available, there are other fun restaurants at which to dine in Hollywood Studios. My kids adore the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater, where you'll sit in cars and eat your meal while you watch campy old movies and cartoons and the servers whiz by on roller-skates. The food is not gourmet, but the sandwiches and shakes are tasty and the restaurant is so much fun! Another option is the 50s Prime Time Cafe where your daughter may be amused by the servers making mom eat her vegetables and keep her elbows off the table!

Hope you have a magical vacation! Come visit me again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! I'd love to help!
