Hi, Billie! I'm so sad to hear about your recent fall. Several years ago, I was in a similar situation right before traveling, so I'm happy to help.
Unfortunately,
Disneyland theme park tickets are
non-refundable once purchased. 1-day tickets purchased this year are valid till December 2023, so they can be used for a future visit or gifted to another person, which might be your best option. In this case, you will need to supply the ticket number located under the barcode to the lucky recipient you are gifting it to, and then they can link that number to their
Disneyland Mobile app. To link it to their account, have them open their app, click the three stacked lines, then click Tickets and Passes. They will use the + sign in the top corner to link the ticket number.
Something else to consider is that Disneyland Resort rents out
Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs) to guests with mobility issues. Depending on the severity of your injuries, this might be an alternative to canceling your trip.
I'm sending some pixie dust your way, Billie! The planDisney team hopes you're on the mend soon!
