    Special Offers on Disney Resort Collection hotel stays, theme park tickets and even Disney Dining Plans are available to guests several times a year. You can start seeing offers for February usually in mid-November to December.

    The Disney Parks Blog is also a great place to find out about promotions, new experiences and foods you can try during your vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort. 

    During your visit in February, there's a very good chance the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts will be in full swing. It’s such a vibrant and special event, because you are able to see so much artwork from renowned Disney artists. The food is also beautiful, and the weather is usually cooler and breezy!
