    On February 5th, we bought 2 California resident 3 day passes. We were able to use the pass on only one day before covid hit. I can no longer find my tickets on the app or any where else. How do I get a refund? Thanks

    I'm a California resident, too, and love the discounted multi-day tickets often available to California residents early in the year. Like you, my family purchased California Resident Tickets early in 2020 and had to make arrangements to reschedule our trip after the parks temporarily closed. 

    It's likely that the tickets are no longer appearing on the Disneyland Mobile App because the tickets expired. Many California Resident Tickets purchased in early 2020 expired in December 2021. I highly recommend reaching out to a Cast Member in Ticket Services to uncover what options may be available to you. 

    I hope you can make it back to Disneyland Resort again soon. The resort has gained a new land in Disney California Adventure Park this past year. Guests can now meet and interact with Marvel heroes, including my personal favorite, Captain America, at the new Avengers Campus
