Walt Disney World vacation! There are a couple of different passes you might be referring to, so I’ll provide information for both!
If you are inquiring about your
theme park tickets, you should be able to see them in your My Disney Experience account 24 to 48 hours after purchase. They can be found under “My Tickets & Passes.” If you do not see your theme park tickets here, reach out to a Tickets and Hotel Reservations Cast Member for assistance. When you arrive at
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, one of my favorite resorts because I love the
Disney Skyliner, you can ask the Front Desk Cast Member for a Key to the World card if you would like to use it as your theme park tickets. You can also use a
Disney MagicBand+ or
Disney MagicMobile Service for your theme park entry (with valid theme park admission). With valid theme park entry, you can tap your Key to the World card, Disney MagicBand+, or smart mobile device at the entry point to enter the theme parks!
You might be asking about
Lightning Lane passes, such as the Lightning Lane Multi Pass or the Lightning Lane Single Pass. These passes make the most of your time in the magic by minimizing how much time you have to wait in line for your favorite attractions. Since you are a Guest at a Disney Resort hotel, you can purchase Lightning Lane passes up to 7 days in advance of your hotel stay. Read more about Lightning Lane passes here on the
