Hi Pamela,
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for sailing by with your important question.
As someone who travels with a fellow Guest requiring an oxygen concentrator, I know there are numerous items to check off your list as you plan for vacation. Disney Cruise Line offers services, many of which are outlined in the
Information for Guests with Disabilities or Medical Conditions Guide, to assist you in making the most of your time on board. Along those lines, Guests with Special Services requests should submit an online
Guest Special Services Information Form 60 days prior to your sailing. Once that form is submitted, a member of the Special Services team will contact you to discuss your service needs, including information regarding medical supply vendors. You may also
contact Disney Cruise Line directly with your questions.
Guests with Walt Disney World stay before and after their cruise should be mindful that
Disney Cruise Line Ground Transportation cannot transport oxygen cylinders or tanks; however, Guests may carry one oxygen cylinder for use while on board the transportation.
Pamela, during your cruise there is so much to enjoy! If you have other questions about accessible
Port Adventures or other activities, don't hesitate to inquire about these with the Special Services team, too.
I hope this information helps you breathe easier when it comes to your Disney Cruise Line vacation. Let us know if you have other questions as you plan!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
