Hi Staci,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Our family of five has a few favorite places to dine at Magic Kingdom Park and Epcot. In the Magic Kingdom there are great places that not only offer a good variety, but are affordable as well.
Pinocchio Village Haus, located in Fantasyland, is a Quick Service option that we frequently visit. Our younger two enjoy watching the "it's a small world" boats as they set sail along the Seven Seaways Waterway. In Tomorrowland,
Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café offers a galaxy of choices. My sons enjoy watching alien Audio-Animatronics entertainer Sonny Eclipse while we grab lunch. For dinner try
The Crystal Palace, located at the end of Main Street, just before the bridge to Adventureland. It offers buffet character dining with Winnie the Pooh and friends.
As for Epcot, our family usually visits
Sunshine Seasons, located in The Land Pavilion. It is a good place for lunch or dinner and the food court offers a variety of places to choose from. The
Electric Umbrella in Future World is another Quick Service food court offering burgers, subs, vegetarian flatbread, and more. Any of the restaurants in the World Showcase are good choices, especially if you and your family want to try new cuisines. For more Epcot dining options,

Please feel free to send me any follow-up questions you may have about visiting Walt Disney World as your vacation approaches.
Have a magical day,
Bob
