Hi William!
Thanks for asking such a fun Walt Disney World question! I love all the Foodie things at each and every theme park, resort, and shopping venue. I never miss a Disney Park Blog
Foodie Guide!
EPCOT is such a wonderful dining location! In fact, it's so difficult to pick just a single place to dine that we often snack our way around the entire park. If you're visiting during either the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival or the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival, you won't want to miss the Outdoor Kitchens. You'll need a few days to be able to try them all!
My most anticipated edition to the Walt Disney World dining landscape is
Space 220. I cannot wait to travel into outer space and try some out-of-this-world dishes (bad pun intended!). To kick off your meal, you'll actually board an elevator to rocket you into space. Once there, you'll see incredible views of Earth - both daytime and nighttime scenes!
Our family also loves the
San Angel Inn Restaurante in the Mexico Pavilion. Located inside the Mayan temple, you'll feel like you've been transported into the heart of Mexico. You'll truly feel as if you've been transported to a different time and place. Be sure to take in the little details from the erupting volcano to the starry skies to the Mexican shopping booths. I could easily spend hours here, and my children would revolt if they didn't have an opportunity to eat here at least once per trip. As a bonus, be sure to check out
La Cava del Tequila for some of the most delicious margaritas you may ever have!
If, after all those great dining options, you still have room for a snack, head over to the France Pavilion for my favorite snack in all of Walt Disney World: the Croque Glace. This create-your-own ice cream sandwich which is pressed into a warm brioche bun. My favorite is the coffee ice cream with chocolate sauce. YUM!
I hope this helps!
