Hey, Jennifer! This is a big task. I love so many of the resorts, I really had to put some thought into this.
Value - I prefer
Disney's Pop Century Resort. I think the walk to Everything Pop for shopping and dining is fairly easy from most of the resort, and I love the theme. Also, I've found transporation at Pop to be a little more convenient than from the All Starts. The Pop Jet water fountain at the pool is pretty cool, too.
Moderate -
Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter is my favorite for it's intimate size, romantic vibe, and, well, yeah, the beignets available at the Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory. There are horse drawn carriage rides, and good transporation, and again, the resort is sort of compact, so there's not a really long walk to any part of the resort. That comes in really handy with a tired little one or two.
Deluxe - This is the toughest one for me. I would say if you plan to spend a lot of time at your resort,
Disney's Yacht Club Resort shares Stormalong Bay, a miniature water park of sorts, with Disney's Beach Club resort. There are also some awesome restaurants there, and it's just beautiful.
I also love the savanna view rooms at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. The walk from the lobby to some of the rooms is a bit of a hike, but where else can you wake up and see a giraffe hanging out just outside your window?
Quick honorable mention -
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Tropics, monorail, gorgeous!
