Hi Billie, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I'm happy to assist you with your question about transportation for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort and Port Orleans Resort - Riverside are both served by complimentary
bus transportation. In addition, Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside offers
water transportation to Disney Springs. Direct service is offered between Resort Hotels and all four Theme Parks and Disney Springs. Transportation between Resort Hotels will require a transfer at any Theme Park or Disney Springs. To travel between these two Resort Hotels by bus, you can hop on the first bus that arrives at your resort and transfer wherever that bus is going, or you can opt to select a transfer point that is closest to your present location or final destination. You can use bus wait times on the display screen at your Resort bus depot to decide which might be the best option. Bus wait times are also available in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Total travel time will depend on traffic conditions and bus wait times. A good rule of thumb is to allow 90 minutes to travel between Resort Hotels. While not necessarily faster, another option would be to travel by bus from Disney's All-Star Sports Resort to Disney Springs, and enjoy a relaxing boat ride to Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside. For expedited door-to-door transportation, consider Disney's
Minnie Van service, or a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft (fees apply.)
I hope that helps! Please visit the Moms Panel again if you have additional questions.
Enjoy your stay!
Anne Marie
