what is the fastest way to get from any park to water park? thank you.

Hi Leo and unless you are going to drive your own car, the only way is via the Disney bus transportation system.  Each of the bus stops are clearly marked making it easy for you to find your destination of choice at each park.  Remember to allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes to get from one location to the next with the bus system.  Sometimes it won't take this long but that will all depend on when the bus arrives at your stop.  It never fails for me that I always walk up as the bus I want is pulling off and thus I get to wait 15 minutes for the next one.
Thanks so much for the great question, and I hope you have a truly magical WDW vacation.
