how far of a walk to the boat to magic kingdom from the cabins at fort wilderness

    Hi Michelle!

I absolutely love The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort! When my family stayed there we loved all of the recreation activities! We did archery, looked at the horses at the Tri-Circle D Ranch, my daughter did a pony ride and we made s'mores by the campfire at night.

Not only is this resort a vacation within a vacation, but it's only a short distance away from Magic Kingdom! You can take the water launch over to Magic Kingdom and have a fun experience while going to the park. The length of time to walk to the water launch depends upon where you are staying at the resort. The resort is large, but they have in-resort transportation from the cabins to the key locations, such as the restaurants, transportation and pool. Depending upon where you are staying, it can take anywhere from five to twenty minutes to get to your location.

Disney Moms Panel Tip: While you are at Fort Wilderness, make sure to check out some of their great water sport opportunities, such as the kayak experience! Also check out their great dining options, such as Hoop-Dee-Do Musical Revue!

    Magically,
    Stacy
