How far out can you make reservations for Fort Wilderness Campground? We would like to start arrive about 1 February 2020. Thank you!

    Howdy Robert!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You are in the perfect place to start planning your 2020 vacation. We dream as dreamers do 'round these parts, and are so happy to help you plan!

The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort are the ultimate in rustic adventure. They sit amongst 750 acres of cypress and pine forest, and your neighbors are armadillos, ducks, deer, and rabbits (along with human friends of course!). Since animals abound, the four-legged members of your family are also welcome to join the fun! You all can play in the off-leash Waggin' Trails Dog Park or enjoy the many trails in the lush grounds on-leash.

Like all of the Walt Disney World Resort properties, you can book the Campsites 499 days in advance. I just chatted with a Cast Member, and they reminded me that all 2020 reservations are being taken by phone only. To book, call (407) 939-4229.

I know you will thoroughly enjoy your campsite equipped with cable and electrical hook-ups, charcoal grill and even a picnic table! But when you want to explore all the fun things the Resort has to offer, consider renting an electric golf cart. It's a great way to zip about your rustic paradise.

Robert, if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. In the meantime, keep on planning for your Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
