How far in advance do schedules come out such as meet and greets, shows, parties, parades etc? Are they the relatively same as the previous year?We arent coming until Mardi Gras (Feb 27-Mar 6) but need to make dining resv SOON! How's weather at that time?

    HI Amanda!

Typically, park hours are released about 180 days in advance so that guests planning Walt Disney World vacations can begin making their Advance Dining Reservations. Of course, these hours may be adjusted in the months leading up to your vacation, but they are good for planning purposes.

If you want to REALLY get a jump on planning, you can also take a look at the park hours for the previous year. This will give you a ballpark idea of what the hours will be next year, but it will be hard to estimate the Extra Magic Hours as these do fluctuate a bit. It may make sense to compare hours to Mardi Gras week rather than the exact same week.

The weather in late February is wonderful! Typically, days are warm enough for swimming without being hot and sticky like summer. In the early mornings and evenings, a light sweater or sweatshirt is sometimes needed.

Hope you have a wonderful trip!
