Welcome back to planDisney, Heather.
Deck the halls with lots of Disney … fa la la la la la la la la! Can you believe you’ll be at The Most Magical Place on Earth during the most magical time of year AND
The World’s Most Magical Celebration? You certainly made Santa’s nice list!
Heather, there’s not a rule that specifies how far in advance you need to book your
Disney Park Pass reservations, but your trip falls during the
holiday season. This tends to be a popular time to visit Walt Disney World Resort, so I recommend booking your reservations as soon as possible. You can always cancel a reservation and change it to a different park at a later date if that park still has availability, but it’s best to have reservations in place just in case availability sells out.
As long as you have the
Park Hopper Option added to your theme park tickets, you will be able to park hop anytime after Park Hopper hours begin at 2:00 p.m. (subject to change). Keep in mind the ability to park hop to another park is subject to a park’s capacity limitations. So far there have been no issues with this, but there’s always a possibility it could get to that point.
I hope this information helps, Heather. You’ll be rockin’ around the Christmas tree at
Magic Kingdom Park before you know it! Please stop by planDisney again if more questions pop up before your sleigh ride to Florida, and have a jolly good time!
Merry planning,
Alyssa
