How far in advance can you book a DVC resort (Old Key West, Saratoga Springs, etc.) when you are not a DVC member? When do they open up reservations to the general public?

    Hi Jennifer!

Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited you are wanting to stay in a Disney Deluxe Villa! I can’t say enough good things about these rooms. We are Disney Vacation Club Members, and as a family of 6, we usually stay in a 2-Bedroom Villa. The extra space and amenities of the villas really has enhanced our enjoyment of our vacations. Everyone has room to spread out, having the full kitchen to make breakfast makes mornings much easier and affordable, and I am definitely spoiled by having the washer and dryer in the room.

Usually, villas show up for booking by the public on the Walt Disney World Website approximately 10 months before check-in. There are exceptions to this, and you will currently find Disney’s Riviera Resort booking about a year in advance. If you are specifically looking for Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, or Disney’s Old Key West Resort (One of my favorites! A true hidden gem!), they are currently showing rooms available in early March 2022.

I hope you can book the perfect room for you, Jennifer! If you’d like recommendations on which resorts to consider, dining at these resorts, or where to request a room, come back and see us here on planDisney!
