Hello, Lianne! We're so glad you sent in a question to planDisney. I'm delighted to help you plan your trip!
We love to
celebrate birthdays here at Disneyland Resort! Here's a tip: Cast Members have celebration buttons they like to hand out to guests. Simply stop by City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A., inside Disneyland Park, or at Guest Relations inside of Disney California Adventure Park and pick one up. They make great souvenirs of your visit, and every Cast Member that sees the button throughout the day will wish you a very happy birthday!
I'm glad to see that you are planning far in advance! The 2024 rates will be released around August/September of next year. Just keep checking the Disneyland Website for the latest updates; go to www.disneyland.com, and search for
Vacation Packages. If this is your first visit, I highly recommend staying on property. My favorite splurge is
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
Here's another planDisney tip: Disney Dining reservations are available to book 60 days before your arrival date. If you are not seeing reservations for your preferred restaurant, party size, date, and time, it is likely they have been completely booked or may not yet be available. For an extra special birthday dinner, I suggest
Napa Rose inside the Grand Californian or at the
Blue Bayou Restaurant inside Disneyland Park. Both are truly magical experiences!
Please feel free to write us back anytime, Lianne! We'd love to assist you again.
