Welcome aboard, Connie! I'm glad you're already looking at the possibility of dining at Palo or Remy, the two
Adult Exclusive restaurants on the Disney Fantasy! My husband and I wouldn't turn down an opportunity to dine at either! We always dine at Palo, no matter which ship we're on, and it really is our favorite restaurant of all!
All three of the main dining restaurants on the Disney Fantasy will offer the same menu on Pirate Night, so you won't need to worry you're missing out on a specialty menu in one of your favorite restaurants. While menus for Pirate Night are always subject to change, you can find that a few previous guests have posted their Pirate Night Menu online by googling "Disney Cruise Line Fantasy Pirate Menu". Since Disney is always updating things, you may find that it changes a bit by the time you set sail, but this will at least give you a good idea of what to expect in the main dining rooms that night.
Some of my family's favorite Pirate Night menu items are:
Pearls of the Caribbean - anything with couscous, seafood, and a delicious vinaigrette is a plus for me!
Treasure of the Seas - grilled shrimp and scallops with pasta and a creamy tomato sauce. Yum!
Captain Hook's Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi-Mahi - my husband loves this meal, and I've been known to sneak a few bites off of his plate too!
We have tried most of the Pirate Night menu, and while there are some fabulous options, it's not my favorite menu because I much prefer some of the other night's menus, so it's a great night to try Palo or Remy.
Have fun planning, Connie!
