    When will Fantasmic's schedule be available for October 2013? And is Meg (from Hercules) still in the show? We visited in December 2012 and they told us the only place to find her is at Fantasmic. We will be returning the week of Halloween 2013. Thanks

    Hi Kathryn!

    Fantasmic! is one of my favorite fireworks displays at Disney! This show, which takes place at Disney's Hollywood Studios combines water, fire and characters for an amazing display. Park hours are released approximately 180 days in advance. Once park hours are released, the schedule for Fantasmic, fireworks shows and parades are determined. 

    The characters in the parks and shows are subject to change, but I did not see Meg in the Fantasmic! show the last time I watched Fantasmic! which was in late 2012. I heard of sightings of Hercules and Meg in the Fantasmic! show in 2009, but not in the most recent shows. 

    you can ask a Cast Member to call the "Character Hotline" for you when you arrive (you can request this at Guest Relations or the Concierge at your Walt Disney World Resort) The character hotline will be able to tell them if any particular character will be in the parks or shows on a particular day.
