We have Fantasmic dessert party tics for 7:50 on 4/16, show is at 8:30. Will they still let us in if we arrive a little after 8? Want to watch the 7:40 Little Mermaid show. Not worried about getting the best seats.

Hello there, Jana! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for stopping by and asking another great question!

You’re family is certainly in for a “treat”! Literally! Fantasmic! Dessert and VIP Viewing Experience offers Guests an exclusive way to view this classic show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Once you enter the Fantasmic! theater, you’ll pick up your box of goodies that contains a selection of sweet and savory snacks. These freshly-prepared refreshments include snacks such as chocolate-dipped strawberries, cheese and crackers, and make-your-own “worms and dirt” pudding. You’ll also receive a beverage served in a souvenir cup to be enjoyed with your snacks! Watching the forces of good and evil has never been quite as delicious!

The seats available for Fantasmic! Dessert and VIP Viewing Experience are not assigned to specific Guests but, instead, are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. So, if you would like specific seats, I would recommend that you arrive early. However, if you are not as concerned with where you will be seated, you can always arrive a bit later. Just be sure to allow time for your family to grab their snacks and get seated prior to the show beginning! This is definitively not an experience you want to miss!

I hope you and your family have fun at your one-of-a-kind viewing experience! Be sure to let us know if we can help you with planning any other part of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
