Here are some tips to deal with the most common reasons for error messages when using the customized maps feature. First, make sure you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox as your browser. The website doesn't work well with Google Chrome and some other web browsers. Next, when you reach the screen called "Vacation Plans," if you see a box that asks to use a saved itinerary, make sure the box is NOT checked. Also, leave the fields in the "Vacation Plans" screen blank. Finally make sure you are signed in to the Disney website, and that your profile has a valid address matching the one on the "Shipping Address" page.
