Hi! Family of 4 with 5 yr & 3 yr girls have hotel reservations at the POR preferred room. However, the current deal offers a significant savings for the Coronado Springs or Caribbean Beach resort. Or we can book the AKL for the same price as POR. Recs?

    Hi Jennifer,

I love resort deals! They just make your vacation so much more magical!

I love Port Orleans Riverside and have said it is my favorite moderate resort. I love the Southern charm and staying in a mansion is all I really need.

However, if you can save some money, Coronado Springs is a great choice. They have a fun pool for your girls and I love the Pepper Market for meals. Caribbean Beach is where I stayed during my honeymoon. The caribbean theme and extra activities makes this a great place to stay and play for a day. There are lots of activities to do at this resort.

Animal Kingdom Lodge is beautiful. There is nothing better than seeing animals outside of your window in the morning. The pool is zero entry and resembles a river. Plus there are great restaurants here like Boma and Jiko-the Cooking Place. I did an upgrade to this resort once and my family loved it. You also may be able to grab bunk beds which are fun.

Animal Kingdom is the most remote of the two other choices. All resorts will require you to ride the bus to and from the resort to the park. With a stroller and tired children, be prepared for this.

I would go with Animal Kingdom just for the experience. However, if you want to save the money, go with Coronado Springs.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
