My family ( wth 3 & 7 year old) are going to WDW in early november. Need help deciding b/w Carribean Beach Resort and Polynesian Resort. My concern is not room size. My concern is travel time to and from the parks with little one's near nap time.

    Hi there Ashley!

How exciting to be planning a Walt Disney World vacation for this November!  I have found that choosing a Disney Resort hotel is one of the biggest decisions my family makes when planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. I have stayed at both Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and thoroughly enjoyed the theming and fun recreational activities at each. As a mom of four children myself, I would recommend Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for the easy access to Magic Kingdom Park via the water launch (water taxi) or monorail. You can also easily travel to Epcot via the monorail. When staying at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, only bus transportation is available to the theme parks. I have always found the monorail to be much easier and quicker than utilizing bus transportation to the parks. Another advantage to staying at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is having so many dining options at your fingertips on the Resort Monorail line.

I hope this information helps in making the best decision for your family. Please don't hesitate to stop by again with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical trip, Ashley!

    Happy Travels,
