My family went on splash mountain today and they didn't get the photo ID so I can upload there photo on my photos in the Disney app. Is there a way to retrieve it?

Zip-a-dee-doo-dah, zip-a-dee-ay! My, oh, my, what a wonderful day, Jacqueline!

Welcome to planDisney. I see you and your family have recently visited the Disneyland Resort. I hope you had the happiest visit!

Although your family does not have their Disney PhotoPass attraction photo ID, they may still be able to find their photo! There is a Lost Disney PhotoPass Form that you can fill out. Try to fill in as many details as you can--the more the better! And there is a possibility that Cast Members could find the missing photo.

At the bottom of the form you will fill out "Your Information," and it will ask for an optional PhotoPass Code (it's a 16-character ID.) A tip I've learned from my pal, Tony, is that you can use the code located in your Disneyland Mobile App.

Jacqueline, did you know that during the Disney100 celebration, all attraction photos are complimentary for download? This is a wonderful addition to the celebration.

I hope you receive your family's missing photo, Jacqueline. I am sending pixie dust your way!

    Your Pal,
