Welcome to planDisney, Idona. Thanks for reaching out to us with your Disney vacation question! Answering them is what we do best!
As long as the shirts you are wearing follow the
Park Dress Guidelines, you should be fine to wear them. While you'll want to check out and follow
all of these guidelines, it's especially important that your clothing does not have any objectionable material and that you're not wearing a costume (unless you are attending a Halloween event, which has
its own guidelines that can also be found on the same page of the website). In fact, you'll see a lot of Guests in the theme parks wearing customized shirts!
Did you know that you can sometimes personalize official Disney merchandise through the
Disney Store, depending on where you are having it
shipped? Check to see if they will deliver to you. If not, or even if they do and you'd like more when you're at the resort, there are a few locations where you can have items personalized in person! I love to get a Christmas ornament personalized at either
Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in
Magic Kingdom Park or
Disney's Days of Christmas in
Disney Springs. And my lovely friend
Elaine P. usually recommends getting a Celebration Button from a
Guest Relations location and then having it personalized at Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe for a usually pretty inexpensive souvenir. Can you tell I love the holiday shops at the resort? They usually smell so great and are just so warm and welcoming!
Idona, I hope you and your family enjoy rocking out your personalized t-shirts and apparel in the parks. If you have any other questions,
I'm here to answer them!
All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them,
Matt
