My family is going to WDW in October. We are taking our 2yo daughter who looks like a 5 yo. I know we don't need to purchase park tickets for her but does she need any proof of age such as a birth certificate for entry into the park?

    Hi Dave!

Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation! I have taken all four of my children to the Walt Disney World Resort at least twice before the age of 3 and have never been asked to show proof of age.  My older children are very tall and have always looked at least one or two years older than their actual age. That being said, if your daughter does look like she could pass for 5, you could always bring a copy of her birth certificate if you are concerned about being questioned.

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please don't hesitate to visit us again with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical trip, Dave!

    Happy Planning,
