My family is going to WDW for 13 nights, other family mbrs 6 of those nights. When planning meals they went over 2 credits on dining plan and we are 2 credits under by the end of our time. Can we use our credits for them on those 2 meals they went over?

Hi, Valerie!  Good news for you - as of May 31st of this year, there were changes made to the Disney Dining Plan that make this very thing possible.

Before now, you could not use your dining plan credits for other people's meals.  With these new changes, you can use your dining plan credits more liberally.  You can use as many as you want, when you want to.  You are not limited by the number of people on your resort reservaton or limited to a certain number of credits per day.  This allows people to invite family or friends to dinner and cover the costs of those meals with dining plan credits.  Your plan to cover the family members who are short credits will work just fine.

I hope everyone has a great time and some amazing meals!
