Hi. My my family is going to WDW in a month and after speaking with some people about pools. I am curious does disney have rules on swim diapers or babies who are not potty trained? I have a 10 month old, and she loves the water, so its really important.

    Hi Christopher,

The signs posted near the WDW resort pools state, "For safety, diaper age children must wear plastic pants or swim diapers." If your baby is wearing plastic pants or swim diapers, then she's welcome in the pools. Swim diapers are sold the gift shop of every Disney hotel. However, I should warn you that there is not a large range of sizes available. You're better off if you bring a familiar brand from home.

You can read an more in depth discussion of this topic on the independent website blog.touringplans.com. Search there for an article called, "Disney and the Diaper."

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
