We (family of 4) are going to WDW in May '16. The grandparents are joining us but haven't made hotel reservations. Can I still make ADR for a party of 7 if not everyone has a hotel room or park tickets by the ADR date?

Hi, Matt! Yes, you can! Anyone from your travel party can make the dining reservations for your whole group (by phone or online).  We do this all the time! For example, when we are at Walt Disney World, my Moms Panel friend, Marisol, and her family often join us for a few days. Sometimes I make the Advance Dining Reservations for all of us, and sometimes she does. Whether or not they are staying on-site or have Theme Park tickets for the trip doesn't affect our ability to do that. I hope you get the reservations you want.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
