Our family of 3 will be in WDW in January, staying @ Caribbean Beach. Our first full day we won’t be going into the parks and are looking for some ideas/activities for the day (within Disney property) . We have a 16 month old in tow. Thanks!

Hello there, Rachel! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and allowing us to help you plan your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!

There are so many fun things to do right on property at Walt Disney World Resort! My family and I will often spend at least one day of our vacation exploring as many of the amenities outside of the theme parks as possible!

One of the most fun activities I can recommend for you and your family is to spend time exploring your Disney Resort hotel! Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is a gorgeously designed resort that features lush foliage, beautiful beaches, and tropical vibes! Right at your resort, you can enjoy activities such as biking, fishing, swimming at the pool, and even playing at the playground with your little one. Once you've worked up an appetite, there are many different options for delicious food you and your family will want to sink your teeth into! Feel free to make reservations at the under-the-sea Table Service location, Sebastian's Bistro, or grab an inspired snack from the quick Counter Service location, the Spyglass Grill

In addition to the adventure, exploring your Disney Resort hotel also gives you a leisurely way to begin your vacation while also getting to know all of the wonderful amenities!

I hope you and your family have a magical time visiting Walt Disney World Resort!
