    My family of 5 will be going to WDW for the first time in 15days. My ? is what % do you suggest for tips at character dining buffets? Will they give us a bill for the tip since we are on the dining plan, if so do we have to pay the entire tip price?

    Gratuity is at your own discretion.  We generally leave 20%, or more for exceptional service.  In select situations when Disney applies a gratuity, their standard is 18%.
