We are a family of 6, we want to take in WDW & a 4 day cruise. What are our best options? Are two value rooms a better deal that a family suite? Is it more expensive doing 5 days, 6 nights at the parks, than 6 nights 7 days?

    Hi Teona,

I love combining a Walt Disney World Resorts vacation with a Disney Cruise Line vacation! My family has done this twice and have really enjoyed both trips.

Booking two value rooms is cheaper than booking a family suite. If you choose this option, make sure you note you would like adjoining rooms so that you can go between both. I personally would take a family suite. The reason is that while both give you two bathrooms, you do get a kitchenette in the family suite which is nice. You are also together in one space instead of two different rooms.

It is more expensive for the extra day. The price per day of the ticket does drop but your resort room would remain the same.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
