    My family is going to WDW for Christmas and New Years this year. We have been there several times but never at Christmas. Does the MK have a special fireworks show for Christmas or New Years?

    Hi Nancy,

    Disney at Christmas is one of those dream vacations. Remember to be at the Magic Kingdom early on Christmas Day if you want to get in as the park will make capacity. It is one of the few days a year it will. You also want to be here by late afternoon on New Years Eve because this is another day that the park reaches capacity.

    As for special fireworks on New Years Eve, I do not remember seeing anything different at 12 pm than early in the evening but the extra show may what might have been special.

    I would not think the fireworks would be different Christmas Day but there might be an additional show.
