Our family will be in WDW 12/29-1/8. Will the Christmas decor still be up at the parks? I've heard that the parade usually held for MVMCP might still be going on when we arrive, is there any truth to that?

    Hi Jacqueline,

Typically, all the Christmas decor stays hung until the first full weekend of January. Then it comes down in bits and pieces. I've been to Walt Disney World several times during Martin Luther King weekend in mid January and still seen the larger park trees up. So while I can't guarantee it, I think the odds are excellent that you'll see some Christmas finery during your trip.

But unfortunately you won't be seeing the MVMCP parade. That particular parade only runs during the party itself.

I hope you have a magical vacation. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
