Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Jeri!
You are as welcome as can be here at planDisney! Jeri, I just love staying in one of the
Disney Vacation Club Villas. There is a practically perfect size Villa for each and every group, no matter how many Mouseketeers are in your party! Plus, the Villa amenities which include a full-sized kitchen (equipped with gadgets and gizmos aplenty,) space for sleeping and gathering, and the in-room washer and dryer sure make it a home away from home.
Jeri, you can use a
combination of Disney Vacation Club Points and cash to pay for a Disney Vacation Club Resort reservation. The one thing to note is that in doing so, your Vacation Points would need to cover full nights and then you can pay cash for the additional nights. By this, I mean that you can't cover one night in half Vacation Points and half cash. Each night for which you use Vacation Points must be covered in full and then all remaining nights would be paid using cash.
To do this, I recommend calling
Member Services. This way they can be sure and apply your Vacation Points properly and be sure to give you the best rate for the additional nights for which you will be paying cash.
I hope this helps you, Jeri! If you have any further Disney Vacation Club questions, stop back here to see me and I'll be so happy to help you.
Magically Yours,
Keri
