    Hi Gina,

    What a great time of year to be visiting the Walt Disney World Resorts! The weather is not as humid and the crowds have not reach capacity. If you are a Star Wars fan, you may even get to experience Star Wars weekend which are a guest favorite.

    As for when to book, this is really up to you. If you are flying, I would recommend sooner than later to book flights as Orlando is a popular destination and prices will be cheaper the sooner you book. If you are driving, this is not an issue.

    If you want to guarantee you stay at Port Orleans Riverside (my personal favorite moderate), you will want to book that now as well.

    As for when deals will be promoted including free dining, this are generally announced after January 1 when people begin thinking about their summer vacations. Signing up on Disney's social media sites and following the Disney Parks Blog is a great way to stay up to date on the latest happenings at the parks.

    If you do book now and a deal does become available later, reach out to Disney and see if they will offer you the special.
