We are a family of 5 and will be in Walt Disney World the week of May 14th. We want to enjoy the new fireworks show at Epcot. Can and dining guest at Rose and Crown go outside and see the show from their patio, or do you need to have the fireworks dining

Hiya, Laurie! I'm so happy you found the second star to the right and followed it straight on to us at planDisney!

I'm so excited to hear that you're visiting Walt Disney World Resort this May! I completely understand your desire to see Harmonious in EPCOT on your upcoming visit. I was able to watch Harmonious with a group of friends last December and it was one of the highlights of my trip. This nighttime spectacular is a new favorite of mine and it will be a must-do on my list for every future visit!

Laurie, if seeing Harmonious during your visit is a priority, I'd recommend making advance dining reservations for the Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package. This will be the best way to secure a great view of the fireworks and lights since this space is reserved for these Guests! While you may be able to have a view from your table with a standard Rose & Crown Dining Room reservation, it cannot be guaranteed.

But Hakuna Matata! No worries! If you are looking to make Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package reservations but are having trouble finding availability, you can always search online for a dining reservation finder to help. You can also modify a Rose & Crown Dining Room reservation to a slightly earlier time so you can head out to the World Showcase Lagoon for a prime spot before the entertainment begins. With this show offering 360-degree views of all of the magic, you're sure to find a perfect place to view this nighttime spectacular!

While you're at EPCOT, make sure you experience the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, which will be blooming just in time for your visit. You'll want to sample the outdoor kitchens and discover all of the character topiaries - Kermit is my favorite! Also, take some time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app prior to your visit. A little like your own magic wand, this app will unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer, including checking wait times for attractions and mobile ordering food. This way you know your delicious caramel dessert from Karamell-Küche will be ready and waiting for you before you ever feel a rumbly in your tumbly!

Laurie, I'm sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust as you put the finishing touches on your upcoming vacation! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all: you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
