Hello! My family and I will be visiting WDW for Labor Day weekend, and taking advantage of the free dining offer. Could you tell me if tips are still required? Thanks for your help, and keep up the magical work!

Hi Shemeka! I love the free dining promotion, and am taking advantage of it myself again this year. Gratuities are not included in the dining plan. Although tips are not required, servers do count on them as part of their income, so they are appreciated. There are several ways to tip - you can leave cash, charge it to your room with your Key to the World card or put it directly on your credit card. Thanks for asking this question, as there is always confusion around tipping.

Have a magical vacation and happy dining!
